"They have poor communication and lack of info given on a change in my insurance. Processed a payment without notifying me and it inevitably got me a NSF charge of $28 which they refused to take care of. Won’t be renewing with them. To Christi: The only thing that should've been done was your husband, David should have said I'm going to process a payment today and he in fact neglected to tell me that and it caused a ripple effect in my bank account charging me fees because your husband did not tell me that he was going to take money out of my account on that day. My policy was due to be paid within a week and I thought the payment would come out at that time but he processed it separately without telling me and that is where the problem became an issue! This is a just complaint !"
